About Kuleana Fitness
We offer continually evolving workouts designed to help all individual athletes reach their fitness goals. Our cycles last anywhere from 6-8 weeks and are designed to improve all aspects of fitness, health, and wellness, including: strength, endurance, stamina, coordination, balance, flexibility, confidence, and power output.
We are excited for the fitness waves our athletes are making in their own personal journeys, whether that is through our group classes or personal training. We’re committed to supporting our athletes on the skills they need to reach their goals.

Mike is a Navy Veteran who was a Navy Fitness Leader for 6 years, grew up playing football, wrestling, & track and field. He holds a Level 2 Cert, as well as certifications in Aerobic Capacity, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Powerlifting, Strongman, and Rowing. When he’s not in the gym you can find him in the ocean, on a mountain, or spending time with his fiance and cat. Mike is also a big time traveler and loves to visit other gyms around the world. Currently, he has been to over 800 other gyms across all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, India, Thailand, South Korea, Italy, Iceland, Austria, France, England, Scotland, Ireland, Luxembourg, & Belgium

Originally from South Carolina, Ty has spent much of his life being active in a variety of sports from wrestling to track and field. He was first introduced to functional fitness at a local gym and quickly fell in love with the methodology and realized he had found what he was missing from his fitness routine. Now Ty holds a CrossFit Level 2 Certification and a WAG-L1 Certification. He enjoys getting outdoors with his wife and son, making food for family and friends and getting a good laugh out of anything.

ABOUT ADAM
Having an office job has always been hard since I love to be outside and moving! I grew up playing volleyball and basketball and have dabbled in marathons and gyms but all the best parts of fitness-sportsmanship, community, and of course the strength gains, all clicked when I joined Kuleana back in 2017. I love seeing others developing their abilities and growing stronger and decided to get my Level 1 Cert and start coaching. In my spare time, you’ll find me playing beach volleyball, surfing, fishing, eating, and playing with my pup.

Born and raised in Thailand, Paul moved to the UK and then came to Hawaii for college. Around graduation time he realized he had gained a bunch of weight from all the onolicious food offered here on the island and decided to make a lifestyle change. Since then he has worked hard at lifting and having a more balanced approach to health and wellness! He loves providing excellent customer service, contributing to our fun atmosphere, and showing care for our members. Paul holds USAW L1 and Trainer L1 certifications.
