About Kuleana Fitness
We offer continually evolving workouts designed to help all individual athletes reach their fitness goals. Our cycles last anywhere from 6-8 weeks and are designed to improve all aspects of fitness, health, and wellness, including: strength, endurance, stamina, coordination, balance, flexibility, confidence, and power output.
We are excited for the fitness waves our athletes are making in their own personal journeys, whether that is through our group classes or personal training. We’re committed to supporting our athletes on the skills they need to reach their goals.

She loves the New England Patriots & a good Netflix documentary. In her spare time she’s at the beach chasing around her babies and puppies with Chasen.

ABOUT EMILY
Growing up, Emily competed in gymnastics and played soccer, eventually finding her way to triathlons and functional fitness. She is a Level 1 trainer and BPFA Inclusive FitPro who loves to help others figure out their favorite ways to move their body. In the past few years, she has discovered a love for handstands and hand balancing. Outside of the gym, you can find her on the trails, on the water, and on the sidelines of her 6 year old’s sporting events.

When he’s not in the gym you can find him hiking, skating, or spending time in the ocean. Mike is also a big time traveler and has been to over 700 other gyms across all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, India, Thailand, South Korea, & Iceland.

Having an office job has always been hard since I love to be outside and moving! I grew up playing volleyball and basketball and have dabbled in marathons and gyms but all the best parts of fitness-sportsmanship, community, and of course the strength gains, all clicked when I joined Kuleana back in 2017. I love seeing others developing their abilities and growing stronger and decided to get my Level 1 Cert and start coaching. In my spare time, you’ll find me playing beach volleyball, surfing, fishing, eating, and playing with my pup.
